She's Spoken

Are our days numbered?

I was hoping to get some insight from the masses. Has anyone seen the movie 2012? I just saw it on Blu-Ray and it was really shocking. I am a God-fearing person, and looking at the end of days portrayed in a movie seemed a bit ire. They say the Mayans predicted that the world would end in catastrophe on 12/21/12. I want to know if any of you find that plausible? I want to know if any of you think that our days here are now numbered to 1,021 days by their calendar? After the Tsunami situation and the crazy whether we have had here in Hawaii I am starting to wonder about the state of the world. Earthquakes in Chile and Argentina, devastation in Haiti, and CA was also hit by the aftermath of the Chile quake. Then we look at our neighbors abroad and all the war and famine there, what else can it be but the end of days? What other logical or scientific justification is there? I think we should all realize that whether the Mayans were right or wrong, our days are numbered.

I would really appreciate some participation on this one. I am curious as to what many of you believe, or if any of you have even given thought to it. With so much information out there and so much one can believe, I want to know what it is that you believe. I just know in my heart that we are living in the last days. In my opinion the warning signs are there. But I have heard to many other theories and accounts of what has happened lately that I think I want to know what others believe at this point. So, please participate. Please comment and share your thoughts/beliefs.

Hi,

There is a free book on forthcoming events such as earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanoes and eventually Earth pole shift, all of them triggered by the approach of planet Hercolubus o Nibiru.

Go to http://www.hercolubus.tv and click on the “free copy” link. There are translations to several languages.

You know I believe in God and I believe we will never know what he thinks or does. If it happens I know I will go to heaven otherwise it will be like everything else and life will go on 12/13/12.

Thank you for the input. I agree with you that we will not know, that God has his plan and we will know it when it unfolds. Thanks again for your participation.

@ mamaosa,

There are no reasons to speculate or wonder what is right or wrong, all you have to do is turn to God’s divine word – the bible.

Jesus said in the last days there would be many false teachers and prophets. These much touted Mayan Prophecies and other non-scriptural claims are significant for the signs they serve. (Mat 24:11) And many false prophets shall arise, and shall lead many astray.

You mentioned the earthquakes and tsunamis of recent times, tsunamis are a natural outcome of earthquakes particularly when the quakes are in close proximity to the coastlines. Again what you and the rest of the world are witnessing was also foretold by Jesus. The regularity and intensities of these quakes are birth pangs and just as a woman in travail it shall worsen. (Mat 24:7) For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be famines and earthquakes in divers places.
(Mat 24:8) But all these things are the beginning of travail.

There is evidence of the wars and famine that you wrote about also in the verses cited. We are the generation that is witnessing these things, therefore we are the last generation. Don’t be fooled by those who come with dates, they are not of God, you can however read the signs and pray for discernment.

God has given us His word in the form of the divinely inspired and instructed bible. It is through this medium that we are exposed to the Creator’s plan for humanity from creation to His dwelling on earth.

In His Grace

Amen! Very elegantly and scripturally put. I appreciate you sharing the word with me and my readers. I think it is much need. Thank you again, and God bless.

Yes indeed…The Tsunami incident certainly brought me in touch with my own mortality and how time has been spent…This incident has reminded many people that the Lord doesn’t promise us tomorrow…The ever-growing frequency of earthquakes makes me a little apprehensive…My goal is to dedicate more quality time with family and other worthwhile pursuits…

@Charles

I am going to check out that book!
